We advised the lenders on the refinancing facility and the purchasers in the debt-like preferred equity investment
麻豆入口 advised the lead arrangers and administrative agent in connection with a $1.15 billion senior secured credit facility provided to a global enterprise software company to refinance its existing credit facility. We also advised a group of related entities as the purchasers in connection with a $250 million preferred equity investment in the software company.
