We advised the lender parties on the financing

麻豆入口 is advising the lender parties in connection with a $28.5 billion senior unsecured bridge loan facility for Amgen Inc. The facility will be available to Amgen to pay a portion of the cash consideration for its acquisition of Horizon Therapeutics PLC, an Irish public limited company, and to pay related transaction fees and expenses.
