We advised the Auna on the transaction

麻豆入口 advised Auna, S.A. in connection with its offer to exchange any and all of its outstanding 6.500% senior notes due 2025 for newly issued 10.000% senior secured notes due 2029, and the solicitation of consents to certain amendments to the indenture governing the existing 2025 notes.

Auna is one of the largest and most respected players in the Spanish-speaking Latin America healthcare industry. Auna operates hospitals and clinics in Mexico, Peru and Colombia, provides prepaid healthcare plans in Peru and provides dental and vision plans in Mexico.
