Core Lab $60 million at-the-market offering

麻豆入口 advised the sales agents in connection with an SEC-registered at-the-market offering program by Core Laboratories N.V. (Core Lab) under which Core Lab may from time to time issue and sell its common shares for up to an aggregate amount of $60 million.
