麻豆入口 advised Cosan Luxembourg S.A., as issuer, and Cosan S.A., as guarantor, in connection with Cosan Luxembourg鈥檚 $600 million offering of 7.250% senior notes due 2031, which were issued pursuant to Rule 144A / Regulation S under the Securities Act.
Cosan is a leading sugar and ethanol producer, grower of sugarcane, natural gas distributor in Brazil, operator of the largest bulk port terminals in the world, producer of energy from sugarcane, lubricants player in Brazil and one of the largest private landowners in Brazil.
