The offers apply to certain senior notes due 2026

麻豆入口 advised the dealer managers in connection with Coty Inc.鈥檚 cash tender offers to purchase up to $150 million aggregate principal amount of its 6.500% senior notes due 2026 and up to $250 million aggregate principal amount of its 5.000% senior notes due 2026.
