We advised the initial purchasers on the high-yield notes offering

Â鶹Èë¿Ú advised the representative of the several initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A / Regulation S offering by Coty Inc. of €700 million aggregate principal amount of 3.875% senior secured notes due 2026. The notes are guaranteed by certain of Coty’s subsidiaries.

Coty is a global beauty company with a rich entrepreneurial history and an iconic portfolio of brands. Coty manufactures, markets, sells and distributes branded beauty products, including fragrances, color cosmetics, hair care products and skin & body related products throughout the world.
