Since the start of the COVID pandemic in 2020, Â鶹Èë¿Ú has assisted clients in multiple industries, including financial institutions, data vendors and technology firms, as well as nonprofits, on a range of employment-related cybersecurity threats. Incidents addressed by the team have included false unemployment insurance claims, HR data breaches, fraudulent job listings and business email compromises.

Â鶹Èë¿Ú’s work in these matters has involved advising on detection, response and remediation of incidents; assessing data security and privacy obligations; and liaising with law enforcement authorities on our clients’ behalf.
