We are advising Crane NXT on the acquisition

麻豆入口 is advising Crane NXT, Co. on its acquisition of De La Rue鈥檚 authentication division, De La Rue Authentication Solutions, for 拢300 million in cash, subject to closing adjustments. The acquisition is expected to close during the first half of 2025, subject to implementation of a reorganization to effect a divisional separation required to deliver the authentication division to Crane NXT on closing and the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
