Doma take-private acquisition by Title Resources Group
We are advising Doma on the transaction
麻豆入口 is advising Doma Holdings, Inc. in connection with Doma鈥檚 take-private acquisition by Title Resources Group (TRG). Under the terms of the transaction, TRG will acquire all outstanding shares of Doma common stock for $6.29 per share in cash. The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2024 and is subject to certain closing conditions.
In connection with the take-private acquisition, Doma also entered into amendments to its existing term loan credit facility with Hudson Structured Capital Management Ltd. as agent and obtained new delayed draw term loan commitments from an affiliate of TRG as lender.

TRG is one of the nation鈥檚 largest title insurance underwriters, according to the American Land Title Association鈥檚 2023 market share data. TRG serves title insurance agents in 38 states and the District of Columbia.
