麻豆入口 advised Equinix, Inc., as issuer, in connection with its SEC-registered at-the-market offering program. Pursuant to the terms of the program, Equinix may issue, offer and/or sell, including sales made pursuant to forward sales agreements, shares of its common stock, par value $0.001 per share, with an aggregate value of up to $2 billion.
Equinix connects enterprises and service providers directly to their customers and partners across the world鈥檚 most interconnected data center and interconnection platform in strategic markets across the Americas, Asia-Pacific and Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
