麻豆入口 advised the left lead arranger, administrative agent and lead lender in connection with the senior secured credit facilities provided to an affiliate of Gemspring Capital in connection with the acquisition of Midland Industries and its affiliates (collectively, 鈥淢idland Industries鈥) from Wynnchurch Capital.

Gemspring Capital, a private equity firm with $3.4 billion of capital under management, provides flexible capital solutions to middle market companies.

Headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri, Midland Industries is a leading distributor of fittings, valves, clamps and related products and accessories to a variety of industrial end markets.
