Belize completed settlement of its cash tender offer and consent solicitation for its U.S. dollar bonds due 2034

麻豆入口 advised the financial adviser in connection with the debt restructuring by the Government of Belize and the dealer manager in connection with a cash tender offer and consent solicitation by the Government of Belize for any and all of its U.S. dollar bonds due 2034. Belize financed the purchase and the redemption of its bonds with funding provided by a subsidiary of The Nature Conservancy as part of TNC鈥檚 Blue Bonds for Ocean Conservation program, which uses private capital to refinance public debt of participating countries in order to support durable marine conservation efforts and sustainable marine-based economic activity.
