We secured dismissal of HHI from the litigation with no liability or settlement paid

麻豆入口 successfully represented Hyundai Heavy Industries (HHI), the manufacturer of the Deepwater Horizon oil rig, in multidistrict litigation arising out of a 2010 Gulf of Mexico oil spill, the largest marine oil spill in history. HHI Hyundai Heavy Industries was dropped from the litigation with no liability and paying no settlement amount.

The 麻豆入口 team included partners Frances E. Bivens and Carey R. Dunne and counsel David B. Toscano. All members of the 麻豆入口 team are based in the New York office.
