LYB International Finance III $750 million guaranteed bond offering
The investment-grade notes are due 2034
麻豆入口 advised the representatives of the underwriters on an SEC-registered offering by LYB International Finance III, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of LyondellBasell Industries N.V., of $750 million aggregate principal amount of its 5.500% guaranteed notes due 2034. The notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by LyondellBasell Industries N.V.
