The consent solicitation included multiple tranches of outstanding senior notes

麻豆入口 advised the sole solicitation agent in connection with a consent solicitation by Modern Land (China) Co., Limited of its outstanding 7.0%/9.0% senior notes due 2023, 8.0%/10.0% senior notes due 2024, 9.0%/11.0% senior notes due 2025, 9.0%/11.0% senior notes due 2026 and 9.0%/11.0% senior notes due 2027.

Modern Land (China) Co., Limited is a property developer focused on the development of green, energy-saving and eco-friendly residences in the PRC.
