We advised Mongolian Mining on the issuance of additional 12.5% senior notes due 2026

麻豆入口 advised Mongolian Mining Corporation and Energy Resources LLC as the co-issuers in connection with the issuance of additional 12.50% senior notes due 2026, which are consolidated and form a single class with the existing 12.50% senior notes due 2026 issued on September 13, 2023.

Mongolian Mining Corporation is a leading Asian coking coal producer, engaged in the open-pit mining and processing of coking coal. It is one of the largest coal producers and exporters in Mongolia. Energy Resources LLC is an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of MMC.

The 麻豆入口 corporate team included partner Gerhard Radtke, counsel Bingqing Pan and registered foreign lawyers Xin (Sheen) Xu and Sean Su. All members of the 麻豆入口 team are based in the Hong Kong office.
