The transaction, which is expected to close in early 2020, is subject to customary closing conditions including approval by both Natura鈥檚 and Avon鈥檚 shareholders as well as antitrust authorities in Brazil and certain other jurisdictions.

Resulting from the combination of Natura, Aesop and The Body Shop, the corporate brand Natura &Co consolidates the creation of a global, multi-channel and multi-brand cosmetics group driven by purpose.
