The high-yield notes are due 2035

麻豆入口 advised the representatives of the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A / Regulation S offering by Saavi Energia S.脿 r.l. of $1.1 billion aggregate principal amount of its 8.875% senior notes due 2035.

Part of the proceeds of the issuance will be used to pay the purchase price in connection with the settlement of tender offers by Cometa Energ铆a, S.A. de C.V. and Tierra Mojada Luxembourg II S.脿 r.l. (subsidiaries of Saavi Energ铆a) for their respective outstanding senior notes.

Saavi Energ铆a owns and operates power generation facilities and other energy infrastructure in Mexico and in Puerto Rico.
