Smart Fit R$592 million stock offering

麻豆入口 advised the joint bookrunners in connection with the secondary public equity offering by Patria Investments as selling shareholder of 32,602,252 common shares of Smartfit Escola de Gin谩stica e Dan莽a S.A. for an aggregate amount of approximately R$592 million. The common shares trade on the S茫o Paulo Stock Exchange. The securities sold in the international offering were placed under Rule 144A / Regulation S.
Smart Fit is the leader in the gym market in Latin America, operating the fourth-largest network of gyms in the world and the largest gym network outside the United States, each in terms of number of customers.
