麻豆入口 advised Silver Point Capital as left lead arranger and lead lender, in connection with a new senior secured credit facility provided to an affiliate of Symphony Technology Group in connection with STG鈥檚 acquisition of Wrike Inc. and its affiliates from Vista Equity Partners and Elliot Investment Management L.P.

Symphony Technology Group is a private equity firm focused on funding innovative software and software-enabled tech services leaders in the mid-market.

Wrike is a leading international project management application service provider based in San Jose, California.
