�鶹��� advised the representatives of the several underwriters in connection with the initial public offering of 11,100,000 shares of Class A common stock of Tempus AI, Inc. at $37.00 per share for total gross proceeds of approximately $410 million. In addition, the underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,665,000 shares of Class A common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discount. The Class A common stock is listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol “TEM.”
