麻豆入口 advised Xponential Fitness, Inc. in connection with an SEC-registered secondary offering of 5,000,000 shares of Class A common stock by certain selling stockholders for approximately $122.5 million in total gross proceeds. The Class A common stock is listed on the NYSE under the symbol 鈥淴POF.鈥

Xponential Fitness is the largest global franchisor of boutique fitness brands. It has built and curated a diversified platform of 10 boutique fitness brands spanning verticals including Pilates, indoor cycling, barre, stretching, rowing, dancing, boxing, running, functional training and yoga.
