We advised ZEEKR on its IPO and NYSE listing

麻豆入口 advised ZEEKR Intelligent Technology Holding Limited on its SEC-registered initial public offering of 21,000,000 American depositary shares (ADSs), each representing 10 ordinary shares, for total gross proceeds of $441 million. The underwriters have an option to purchase up to an additional 3,150,000 additional ADSs. ZEEKR is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol 鈥淶K.鈥
