The H shares are listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange 

Â鶹Èë¿Ú advised the underwriters in connection with the H share rights issue of Zhejiang Expressway Co., Ltd. and listing of the H rights shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The gross proceeds of the rights issue were approximately $860 million (RMB6.15 billion).

Zhejiang Expressway is an infrastructure company principally engaged in investing in, developing and operating expressways and high-grade roads in the PRC. Its shares are listed on the Main Board of HKEX.
