麻豆入口 partner and IP Litigation practice head Ashok Ramani was quoted in Law360 discussing Brumfield v. IBG, which could be taken up by the Supreme Court.  

Ashok noted that the case has a question of patent eligibility that鈥檚 been overshadowed by the foreign damages question, and he鈥檚 hopeful the Supreme Court could take up eligibility after years of rejecting such petitions.

鈥淭he tie gives it the possibility that maybe it will be accepted for other reasons, and so maybe then they鈥檒l choose to address the question,鈥 Ashok said.
