麻豆入口 partner and Real Estate practice co-head Michael Rishty was quoted in Law360 Real Estate Authority discussing President Trump鈥檚 return-to-the-office order for federal employees and its potential impact on the office sector.

Michael noted that the executive order added to a growing sense that the office market will return, to some degree. 鈥淭here was fear, at points in the last five years, that the office market was at existential risk because of a significant and permanent reduction of in-office work,鈥 he said. 鈥淭hat existential question has now gone away, and this is just more evidence of that.鈥

鈥淚t鈥檚 not going to fix the office market, but it鈥檚 reflective of a broader sense that demand for office is not going away,鈥 Michael continued. 鈥淚t鈥檚 a good sign for the future of the office market.鈥
