ΒιΆΉΘλΏΪ was named β€œM&A Team of the Year” at International Financial Law Review’s Europe Awards. The awards celebrate the region’s most innovative cross-border work and the firms and in-house teams involved.

The firm was also recognized for its role advising Dufry on its combination with Autogrill, which was named β€œM&A Deal of the Year.”

The awards were presented on April 24, 2024, in London.
